01Can the curtain size be customized?+
Yes. The machine is built around your required curtain format, and the production size can be adjusted for different orders. Send your curtain drawing or product sample to sales@de-heng.com for review.
02Which hanger systems can the machine make?+
The attachment station can be configured for loops, snap buttons, eyelets and other customized hanger-hole patterns. Tooling is confirmed after we review your finished curtain design.
03What materials can it process?+
The line is designed for nonwoven fabric, medical-grade disposable fabric, hygienic curtain materials and other suitable soft sheet materials. Material width, GSM and roll specification should be confirmed before quotation.
04What information is needed for an accurate quotation?+
Please email the curtain drawing, unfolded size, folded size, material specification, hanger or punch style, target capacity, local voltage and any sample photos.
05How many operators are needed?+
One operator can run one machine after training. The automatic line combines folding, visual inspection, punching and cutting to reduce the manual steps between processes.
06How is the punching position controlled?+
The vision inspection system monitors the product and helps keep the punching position accurate and stable during production. Finished-size deviation is controlled within 1 cm under the confirmed production conditions.
