The DEHENG DH-CYT large dust cover making machine is configured for large protective covers, including dust covers, car covers and table covers. The DH-CYT can be configured according to customer requirements for raw-material widths up to 3.6 meters (3600 mm). This is the material width; finished cover dimensions are confirmed for the selected product design.
The machine uses ultrasonic sealing. Provide the intended cover application and finished dimensions so DEHENG can confirm the required forming, elastic and cutting configuration. Supported dimensions and changeover requirements depend on the selected configuration.
Typical output is 40–180 pieces/minute, depending on the material, cover size, elastic tension and configuration. The machine can process PP/SMS nonwoven and PE/CPE film for cover applications including shower caps, bowl covers and large dust covers. Size changeover typically takes 2–3 minutes.
