Choose a Sleeve Making Machine for Your Finished Product

DEHENG sleeve making machines serve different production requirements. A sleeve attached to a surgical gown and a separate disposable sleeve cover require different equipment. Select the machine by finished-product design, material, dimensions and joining requirements.

• Protective gown sleeve making machine: prepares sleeves for gown production. Review the surgical gown production solution for the body-making, sleeve and joining stages.
• DH-SWM nonwoven sleeve cover making machine: produces separate nonwoven sleeve covers at 100–150 pieces/minute. Standard finished length is 300–450 mm and diameter is 150–250 mm. This model processes nonwoven material; it does not process PE or CPE film.

Send a finished sample or drawing, material specification, required dimensions and target output. For plastic sleeve covers, specify the film material separately so we can confirm the appropriate equipment rather than assume the nonwoven machine is suitable.
