The DEHENG DH-YM001 microphone cover making machine automates the production of disposable elastic covers. The same machine supports nonwoven fabric and PE film, with a production speed of 180–210 pcs/min. The production process includes material feeding, folding, welding, forming, cutting and counting.
Variable-speed control supports production adjustments. The machine uses ultrasonic welding and thermal bonding in the forming process. The elastic and cover design are confirmed according to the intended finished product.
