The DEHENG DH-XT002 shoe cover making machine processes nonwoven fabric and elastic band into disposable shoe covers. This model is for nonwoven material; it does not process plastic film. Ultrasonic welding forms the shoe covers, with an operating speed of approximately 120–130 pcs/min.
The machine feeds and folds the material, secures the elastic, cuts the shoe covers and counts the finished products. Computer control and automatic tension control support material handling, while variable-speed operation allows production adjustments.
