This machine is developed from our bouffant cap making technology, optimized for small-diameter elastic forming and high-speed ultrasonic sealing. It is ideal for applications like hair dye protection, beauty spa services, medical procedures, food handling and general hygiene use.

It supports nonwoven fabric (PP) and thin plastic film (PE/CPE), allowing customers to target multiple disposable product markets with one machine.
