The Ear Cover Making Machine is a compact automatic production line designed for manufacturing small-size disposable elastic covers, such as ear covers, mini dust covers, small equipment protectors, and similar hygiene products.
This machine is developed from our bouffant cap making technology, optimized for small-diameter elastic forming and high-speed ultrasonic sealing. It is ideal for applications like hair dye protection, beauty spa services, medical procedures, food handling and general hygiene use.
It supports nonwoven fabric (PP) and thin plastic film (PE/CPE), allowing customers to target multiple disposable product markets with one machine.
Based on Cap-Making Structure
