Disposable Gown Folding and Packing Machine

The DEHENG DH-B disposable gown folding and packing machine folds garments and packs them into plastic bags. It is designed for surgical gowns, protective clothing and cleanroom clothing within the specified size range.

An operator manually loads and arranges each garment on the feeding conveyor. The machine then carries out the folding and bagging stages. Folding dimensions can be adjusted to suit the garment.

Garment material and shape must be tested before a configuration is confirmed. Garments with long fibers or multiple thin ties may require special evaluation.

Folding and Packing Process

1. Manually load and arrange the garment on the feeding conveyor.
2. Start the machine to convey the garment through the folding units.
3. Adjust the folding length and width to suit the required finished size.
4. Transfer the folded garment to the bagging unit; thicker garments are pre-compressed before bagging.
5. The machine completes bagging, sealing and cutting, then discharges the packed garment.
