The DEHENG DH-NEH inner earloop welding machine is used for the ear-loop attachment stage of mask production. It uses ultrasonic welding to attach ear loops to mask bodies. Confirm the intended mask design, attachment positions and elastic specification before selecting the configuration.
Mask bodies can be loaded manually. An inline connection can also be configured according to the production-line requirements. Confirm the upstream equipment, transfer arrangement and required output when requesting an inline configuration.
This equipment serves a different production stage from the mask blank making machine, which produces the mask body. Provide the dimensions and material-layer details of the mask bodies supplied to the welding stage so the production arrangement can be confirmed.
