The DEHENG DH-WEH outer earloop welding machine uses ultrasonic welding to attach ear loops to mask bodies. It is selected for an outer ear-loop attachment design rather than the inner ear-loop arrangement.
Mask bodies can be loaded manually, or an inline connection can be configured to suit the production line. Confirm the upstream equipment and transfer arrangement for the selected configuration. Production speed is 50–60 pcs/min.
Send the finished mask sample or drawing, mask body dimensions, material-layer structure and ear-loop specification. Confirm the attachment positions and required elastic length for the intended product.
The mask blank making machine produces mask bodies for a separate downstream welding stage. For another attachment design, review the inner earloop welding machine.
