Choose Functions from the Drape Drawing
A drape drawing should show the finished dimensions, openings, adhesive areas, reinforcement layout and fold. These details guide module selection. Different requirements lead to different equipment scopes, so each included function should be identified in the quotation.

Material and Size Review
Send the material type, basis weight or thickness, roll width and sample. For products with reinforcement, adhesive tape or multiple layers, provide the specification for each component. Add a separate drawing for every size or opening design that must be included in the review.
Distinguish raw material width from finished drape dimensions and folded dimensions. Confirm the applicable ranges in the final machine specification. A size or processing function described for another machine should not be assumed to apply to your configuration.
Control System and Future Product Changes
Most DEHENG machines use a Xinjie motion controller together with PLC control. The applicable control functions are confirmed for the customized equipment. Read the control system guide and material-width adjustment case for a specific example of remote program adjustment.
When discussing future designs, provide the proposed drawings during the initial review. A remote program adjustment and an additional physical module are different requirements. Ask for the feasible scope, integration work and verification steps to be agreed for the selected equipment. There is no universal installation or changeover time for every module and drape design.
Compare Output and Installation Requirements
Use the confirmed 30–50 m/min speed alongside your actual drape length, layout and selected functions when discussing output. Include material changes, setup, inspection and downstream handling in your production plan. Ask for a layout and utility requirements for the proposed arrangement.
Voltage can be customized to 380V / 220V according to customer requirements. Include the site power specification, factory space and any downstream collection or packaging requirements in the enquiry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are holes, tape, reinforcement and folding standard?
No. They are optional and selected according to the drape sample and required process. Camera inspection, labelling and PE lamination are also optional.
Can one drape line also make gowns, caps and shoe covers?
These are separate equipment applications. Select the appropriate machine for the finished product rather than assume the DH-C drape configuration can produce unrelated PPE products.
Is there a published standard price?
No. DEHENG machines are customized according to customer samples and requirements. A quotation is prepared after the material, dimensions, functions and target output have been reviewed.
